Consumer Services Division
BACKGROUND
To ensure sustainability and diversity of cooperative entrpreneurship and business activities, ANGKASA through Consumer Services Division has been entrusted to assist cooperative sector in lone with Cooperative Action Plan under the National Cooperative Policy-2. To achieve this, in July 2015, the National Administrative Committee has entrusted the Division to develop cooperative through to major sectors namely:
- Wholesale and Retail Sector
- Tourism & Healthcare Sector
The primary of the division is stimulate and develop cooperative businesses in generating income through projects under the two sectors. Among the projects and services that are currently carried out under the wholesale and retail sector is, product development, collection centers development, retail outlets and also the development of marketing promotions nationally and internationally. Procjects under Tourism and Healthcare sector includes cooperative business network such as CoopHotel, CoopStay, Inter School Tourism and Cooperative (ISTAC), CoopSpa, CoopDialisis and also CoopFarmasi. These projects shall contribute to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) while improving the living standards of cooperative members while reducing the cost of living.

MISSION
Providing quality and high impact programs to stimulate cooperatives involvement in the Retail and Wholesale as well as Tourism and Healthcare Sector through professional management and services.
ROLE & FUNCTION
- Lead two sectors namely Wholesale and Retail Sector and Tourism and Healthcare.
- Serve as a leader in the development of cooperatives in the two sectors under its purview.
- To monitor the two sectors in developing co-operatives by providing quality and critical program.
