ANGKASA Salary Deduction System (SPGA)

The Credit and Banking Division offers salary deduction services for civil servants, co-operatives and organizations through an efficient, systematic and secure deduction channel. This system allows offices/ employers to effectively and efficiently conduct monthly salary deductions, co-operatives/ organizations to collect loan payments and fees while members/ individuals can pay monthly installments of their co-operative loans. 

Customers can register for new deduction instructions or amend/ stop current instructions online. For increased efficiency, salary deduction is integrated with ANGKASA’s Credit Report System and RAM Credit Info (SPeKAR) to assess individual credit levels.

SPGA Kiosk

In meeting the needs of cooperative members, ANGKASA has provided 24 units Angkasa Salary Deduction Kiosk at strategic locations throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak since 2013. Members can print their own deduction statement from the Kiosk.

Cooperative members (customers) only need to enter their identity card number (MyKad) that is equipped with personal information chip and it verication is needed by thumb print.chip and personal information needs to be confirmed by fingerprint.
